We are currently seeking a Consumer & Small Business Credit Risk Analys t to join our team. This is a full time in office role located in Salt Lake City, UT at Zions Bancorporation Headquarters.

• Responsible for minimizing credit and operating losses and other risk exposures.
• Responsible for performing complex credit risk analysis to maximize profits and asset growth.
• Provides analytical support segmenting and monitoring credit, concentration limits, etc..
• Makes strategic recommendations to senior management based on analytical insights.
• May develop complex programming models to extract and manipulate databases to provide statistical and financial modeling.
• Develop and maintain reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor's in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field
• 1 to 2 years statistical programming experience, preferably in SAS and/or SQL
• 0-2 years with databases, risk analysis, statistical modeling and general lending or other directly related experience
• 0-2 years reporting experience preferably with a financial service institution
• Ability to summarize data and statistical results to all levels of management a plus
• A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
• Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of risk assessment, spreadsheets, databases, statistical software and pc's
• Must have strong analytical ability, customer service, and communication, both verbal and written
• A team player with experience working in a team environment and strong ability to manage relationships with other departments and vendors
